These are the same rules you acknowledge in the booking flow, so there are no surprises at the door.

Start & extensions
Your rental starts at your reserved time. Need more time day-of? Call or text (407) 205-7606 and we'll confirm availability and any added charge.

Grace period
You have a 10-minute window before and after your time. Beyond that, overtime is billed at $10 per 5 minutes, so if you need more time, ask about extending instead.

Keep it tidy
Leave the studio as you found it and follow the in-studio checklist. If you borrow furniture from the other studio, walk it back where it came from before you go. Skipping the checklist means a $250 cleaning fee.

Not allowed
No glitter, smoke bombs, smoking, sparklers, or open flames. Not sure about something? Just ask before you bring it in.

Events & gatherings
Your rental covers your own shoot and crew. Hosting a gathering, workshop, or class? Plan it with us first: we'll help promote it and can even sell your tickets.

Thermostat
Please leave the thermostat set to 76° for the whole rental. It keeps the space comfortable for everyone in the building.

Common areas have video surveillance for everyone's safety and to confirm rental start and end times.
Before you book.
Five terms, the same ones you agree to when you book, so what you read here is exactly what happens.
Paid in full, non-refundable
Your booking is paid in full at checkout through Stripe. No separate deposit. Bookings are non-refundable, so if plans change, rescheduling is your move. You can cancel any time from your account, but a cancellation doesn't refund.
Proof of insurance
A current certificate of insurance is required to book, and it's the one thing to have ready ahead of time. You'll upload it (PDF or a photo, up to 4 MB) right inside the booking flow, and it's stored privately, only ever seen by the studio. No coverage yet? A short-term liability policy covering just your shoot dates works, and you can buy one online in minutes through our insurance partner, with the studio's details already filled in.
Reschedule for $50
Reschedule yourself up to 24 hours before your session for a $50 fee, to any open date within 30 days, same room, same length. If the new date rates a little higher (say, a weekend), you just pay the difference. Inside 24 hours, book fresh time instead.
Your slot during checkout
The moment you start checkout, your time is reserved: nobody can grab it out from under you while you pay. Finish within about 30 minutes; if checkout isn't completed, the hold expires and the slot opens back up automatically.
Running long
Your booking comes with a 10-minute grace window on either side. Past that, overtime is billed at $10 per 5 minutes, invoiced after your session. The better deal: if the day is running away from you, call or text (407) 205-7606 and we'll extend your rental at the regular rate whenever the calendar allows.
