SMP Creative Studio is committed to a website that works for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We build and maintain this site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we review new pages and features against that same standard before they go live.

• Every page, including the whole booking flow, can be used with a keyboard alone.
• Images, buttons, and form fields carry text descriptions for screen readers.
• Text and interface colors meet WCAG contrast minimums.
• You can zoom and resize text freely on every page, on any device.
• If your device asks for reduced motion, the ambient video on the site stays still and shows a photo instead.

We will fix the issue as quickly as we can, and in the meantime we will help you finish whatever you were trying to do, whether that is booking a room, buying a gift card, or anything else.
